small area, we look at the “Big Picture” and always welcome a challenge.
We offer both residential and small
business organizing in the following areas:

Small business and home offices and what to do with all that
paper
We can help you sort through the piles and develop a
customized filing system that works for you and your specific needs. We will then teach you how to maintain the
system. We especially cater to those
working with the Direct Selling Association. We can also help you with a functional,
practical office layout that puts everything at your fingertips.
o
Closet organization including layout and design
Imagine opening
your closet doors and being able to see everything at a glance. It is possible. We can help you sort through your wardrobe
and accessories and, if necessary, rearrange the space by either using a few closet
accessories or completely redoing the closet with a ready made or custom
system. If building or remodeling we can
review the floor plans and make suggestions as to how to use the space to the
best possible advantage.

Pantry and laundry room management
Sometimes
things are just not working the way you think they could be. We can containerize and label the pantry
items, develop a system to deal with all those recipes and cookbooks and even
sort through the kitchen cabinets if necessary.
The same is true for the laundry room.
We’ll evaluate what is or is not working and implement user friendly
systems.

Hobby area development
How well we know how quickly these areas can either get out
of control or before you know it completely take over a space, or worse yet, be
stuffed into a closet to never to be seen again. We’ll categorize the items, find a home for
each one and make the materials easily accessible. Sewing and scrapbooking related crafts are
our specialties.

Garage recommendations
Is there room to park your vehicle in the garage? If not it is time to clear the clutter. We will sort and purge (usually mostly purge)
and find room for the vehicle. We will
research and recommend garage systems if necessary.
o
Home and small business inventories
As a licensed property
adjuster, we have seen first hand what can be lost in a fire, storm, theft or
even the results of just a broken water pipe.
An inventory will not only ensure that you have the proper personal
property coverage, but it will document all your possessions in case of a
loss.
How We Charge
We charge $75 per hour with a four
hour minimum for organizing projects.
For those desiring a one hour walk through consultation for all areas of their
home or small business a $175 fee is charged.
A written plan of action is developed with specific instructions on how you
personally can organize the areas you desire.
Space
planning or custom designs for closets and storage areas start at $250. Interior designers, home builders and
contractors are especially welcome to use this service.
